At Primes and Atman Consulting, we take pride in providing premium social media management services with immediate onboarding and execution. To ensure a seamless client experience, our team begins work as soon as payment is received — including account setup, strategy development, resources allocation, and account manager assignment.
Because operational work begins immediately and costs are incurred instantly, all payments are final and non-refundable.
No-Refund Terms

Once payment is processed, services are considered active and no refunds will be issued, whether full or partial.

This policy applies to all subscription plans, retainers, onboarding fees, setup fees, strategy fees, and renewals.

Cancellation of service will prevent future billing only, but will not qualify for a refund of any previously paid amount.
Service Delivery Guarantee
We are committed to delivering the services agreed upon in our contract or proposal. If you have concerns about service quality, performance, or expectations, we encourage you to contact us — we will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure satisfaction within the scope of the service agreement.
Billing Cycle / Cancellation

All services operate on a recurring billing cycle (unless otherwise specified).

To cancel, the client must provide written notice before the next billing cycle.

Cancellations take effect the following cycle and do not apply retroactively.
Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback after receiving services is considered a breach of contract. In such cases, Primes and Atman Consulting reserves the right to:

Pause or terminate services,

Seek reimbursement for time, services rendered, and legal fees,

Report misuse or fraudulent claims to the appropriate financial institutions.
